BP Friends,

Is anyone a current or former member of the Jacksonville REIA? I am considering joining but want to make sure that the $300 fee is justifiable. Any reviews would be appreciated.

This year I also needed to make sure that the $300 was justifiable, and yes it was. They have a great training program and a different meeting almost ever day of the week. Members are all very helpful and willing to share information with each other. I bought my first BRRRR property through the education and help of other JaxREIA members. Should have the BRR completed 2-3 weeks.

As Carolyn mentioned the REIF group is very good as well. One of their Jacksonville area meetings is a breakfast meeting in St. Augustine. I believe the first Thursday of every month at JayBirds. I like the U shaped arrangement of the tables that allows everyone to discuss issues, trends and network.   I am interested in Lincolnville.

I have yet to leave a meeting with either group where I did not learn something that will make or save me money as well as keep me out of trouble.
