I live on as little as possible right now and have the spare income (and methods- I churn credit cards for free airline miles) to travel, but my full time work doesn't give me the vacation time to use it!

John G.If you can find properties that need updating but are still in livable condition, you can take out an initial loan to purchase the property and then cash out refinance using the BRRR method (after 6 months from closing) and take cash back out on the property to purchase another.
