Dog hair & beard shavings, fridge disgusting, mold on window sills behind plantation shutters covered in layers of dust - everywhere.

"Beautiful home in Arts area with lots to do, but you might get mugged or have your car stolen..."

I'm assuming "big fizzy hair with LOTS of hair spray" is coming down the pipeline, within 5 years or so.

It's a beautiful home in a historic district--the outside is pristine, with a new roof, storm windows and paint job. 

I actually liked the buildings with vacant units, because they are already beautifully renovated and many of the tenants in occupied units have been there for a long time and are paying far below market rent.

It should be a beautiful neighborhood once it's done!

IMO out of state is not much different to in state thanks to the beauty of technology :) go for it!
