The cash flow statement will be the telling piece here soon depending on how we finance it.

The only catch is - the IRA LLC is named as a loss payee / mortgagee on the insurance documents - so I think that could be a red flag in an audit.

I'm not terribly experienced in RE, and even less so when it comes to redeveloping a piece of land into a 5 mobile home asset (not exactly a *park*, where you rent space, but a parcel of land on which you place a number of mobile homes and rent the trailers to tenants).

Been on the hunt for a local flip opportunity but haven't gotten all of the pieces to come together yet.

@Jay Hinrichs Thank you for explaining that piece, I’ve been trying to wrap my head around how the Oregon system works.

If that's the case, then you can relay that over to your usual skippers and they should be able to piece some things together.

And if every piece of your portfolio... stocks, bonds, Real estate, commodities ect. are all performing, then you are either a genius, lucky or just not properly diversified. 

I live in Greenville, South Carolina and I am looking to purchase a piece of property to build a duplex, quadplex or neither.

However, until then, I wouldn't invest in another piece of RE until you're on more solid financial ground. 

And folks are more than ever able to find their own little piece of heaven.  5 acres in MT sounds awful good to me on days :)
