I've been working with a large national company (I don't want to mention them, as I'm not sure if it'll cause a legal issue) that I actually heard about through BP, and I thought it would be great, they're the most cost efficient, they have systems in place, they have software, when I signed on, I met with the actual person that would be managing my property, I liked and trusted him.
