totall 1000% scammer you send that 850 its gone  just read the prose its someone talking to you from out of country.. no one needs 850 before they transfer the funds.. they deduct the 850 from the funds and all other costs.. or if you to pay loan fee's up front it goes to title company or closing attorney depending on state.this is a fruad AND A SCAMMER..

Initially I paid the 1250 then I had to pay an extra $200 contract fee then after paying the $200 attorney free, and he requested a final fee of $400.  

I also found out that the day before I saw the property it was under attorney review but the deal fell apart.
