It's much the same as in Real Estate when agents have Assistants that post on MLS, update listings, etc. for them, which is allowedMike has a pro account and can list his stuff on Marketplace, as long as they are his deals and not those of others, what difference does it make who actually posts them?

We encourage them to talk to our references, meet the 10 or 11 licensed professionals that participate with us on every project : meet the architects, meet the title company, meet the structural engineers, meet the bank loan officer, meet the bank credit officers, meet the realtors that assist us in property purchases, meet the attorneys that do the zoning, meet the property managers that rent and guarantee the properties, meet the builders and contractors – essentially meet the professionals that will be working for you.
