I don't know anything about Lenoir City - is there a particular draw to this area for short term rentals?

It was a large number of condo buildings throughout the area, not just one complex.

I have a generally good idea of the area and its value.

I was told it was done just for preventative maintenance early on as the area had had some settling issues in the past with other properties.
