Funny that the buyer has no such equal protection against the seller breaching contract, but that's another topic/discussion for another time.You should be at a point where you can either accept the circumstances that have transpired so far and move forward or, not accept the circumstance and walk away (if the terms of the contract have not been met, the contract is cancelled without you having to state that, it is the failure of the terms being met that cancels the contract, that's how contracts work).
