Hi Everyone  I'm new to real estate  investing and I want to buy and flip homes I'm currently trying to save money to buy my first property and also build my credit what would be some good advice to invest in my first home an how much should I save and also how can I follow  or identify target markets  for cheap houses and good market  and what website  could I use to analyze the market in my area.

Just talked to my AC company, and furnace isn't an option since we don't have gas to the property.

Depending on what you're looking for, you can find a good mix of affordable properties, especially in the under $200K range.

In the middle of buying out partner (50:50 partnership) in a mixed-use owner operated Gas station and real estate property.

Not sure what the price of this property is, but this is why you should use an attorney/realtor/closing agent to assist. 

This will be my first investment property and I'm a little leery about this whole out of state buying process since I've never done this before.

Who's managing the properties?

If they're serious about your property, they will.

But, currently looking around the Saint Cloud area where I could do room rentals for college students or into the twin cities area, but the property insurance and taxes are a lot higher there.
