Start sending them letters or try to Google them to get a phone number for them to see if they are interested in selling the house.

You can search for an image using Google.

Just searching google turned up the idea of a separate addendum, which to me sounds like the way to go.

It's pretty apparent from looking at the google maps that the driveway can't be changed.  

He's also supposed to drive by monthly and inspect inside every 6 months.For-rent phone calls come to a google voice number advising of unit currently for rent, instructions for how to obtain an application online,  and to contact maintenance guy to schedule showing.
