I'm a senior at Colonial Highschool and I was wondering if I needed to go to college or just go to a real estate school after highschool to start my career.

Currently I'm attending my local community college to earn a degree in Business Management Real Estate Specialazation.

I just graduated from college, am working in my first real job, and am looking to move out of my parents house.

I am studying to become an agent, and studied land development in college; through my education I have been able to connect with some players in the industry and once I can lock a deal I will be immediately reaching out.

Ended up doing banking for a little after college than got into construction management. after 1 1/2 got laid off and spent 6 months figuring out how to be an adult.

I happened to start investing in property in US since my freshman year at college.

I manage mostly college rentals in SC and this particular unit is a 1BR studio apt.
