Start small, and prove the concept on your own first. 

The other challenge people are often not aware of (usually because people suck at marketing), is that efficient marketing ALWAYS involves several methods/niches of marketing combined.People simply do not understand the concept of marketing.

I see people using the same list for several weeks during a Direct Mail campaign, would the same concepts apply for cold caliing?

For Vanilla SFR  primary residence transactions there are all sorts of new companies coming in and going out.I mean Help U sell franchise came on the scene in the early 80s.. so not a new concept.

I get the concept of having one entity sign a contract with the other, and we can do that just like we would do with any customer.

@Joe Linares It's essentially the only way I acquire property...residential and commercial...bought a house this week with a purchase money mortgage 60 cents on the dollar...and some duplexes recently 40 cents on the dollar...a 150-year old hotel...and negotiating 24-units currently...Anyway, the concept is to focus on free-and-clear owners...mom-and-pop with no liens.

Backed by the concept that no deal is perfect and that I'll be bale to find something wrong with any deal he sends ( we've been hunting for deals for only a few days).
