I'm not clear on the question here, but if the buyer wants to continue to rent and the seller agrees, he would stay month-to-month and the rent would go back to market rent or whatever was in the lease at the time of the initial contract.

Considering how important it is to have a team/process, I will try to network and learn the basics of property management out here.

Knowing which neighborhoods are better to invest in than others and developing a sense for what to expect investing here.
