Thank goodness it was relatively cheap and I paid off my debt.

The answer is quite simple actually: the rise of the middle class, exploding tourism, intelligent government, growing number of American retirees and digital nomads moving there in search of a cheaper and better lifestyle, cheap real estate.

First,,, $800 for a $200k prop is very cheap!   

Slow website performance on a cheap plan is not bad hosting performance, it's by design.

NJ is expensive now while NYC remains comparatively cheap.

They apparently have all kinds of electrical things, lights, fixtures, plumbing connections, fasteners...like anything they can get their hands on cheap and in bulk through like amazon returns, or auction sites/locations locally they are doing it.  

It is frustrating because they told us we would have delivery 1St of June.

Instead of cheaping out and going for free, why not just spend the money on an atty up front that knows you state's biz and RE laws?

I know investors on the south side that I've financed deals for and they bought portfolios of properties for cheap years ago, they saw the potential & those neighborhoods have seen significant reinvestment.
