Do it daily. 

I'd love to have something like an email sent daily to me with tasks instead of clogging up my calendar.Also, how functional is the app?

I'm fairly new here and to REI as well, but I'm impressed by the resources BP has to offer (the podcast makes my daily commute now something that I look forward to)

Ideally I was looking to invest not far from the house, so I could check on it daily, to ensure deadlines were being met.I was pretty confident in all of that since I did it for our house.

These people are basically protected under new federal laws with teeth, designed especially for the "help you solve your foreclosure problem".

Most areas in Maryland aren't too far away according to a map, but the greater DC area has some of the worst traffic in the nation and the longest commute time; that makes daily travel a joke.

I have the same issue with an inherited tenant, but I always make sure to notify them as soon as they are late and follow-up daily.
