Unfortunately, principles do not pay mortgages but creative ideas do. 

I am curious to hear what others have done in this situation is it better to remove the plaster and do sheetrock but that will take away from the history of it.4 bedroom, 4 bath, 4 fireplaces, 4 kitchenettes, all hardwood floors 2 story.  2 units upstairs, 2 unit downstairs.

Anyone know the legal bedroom limit for student rentals near university of Windsor?

I am an out-of-state investor and I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in Jackson, MS that will soon be on the rental market.I’m looking for a Local Leasing Professional who's very familiar with the Jackson Rental market, who can show the house, answer any questions regarding the house and neighborhood, and move the tenant into the home.Could you recommend any contacts/referrals that could provide this service for me? 

While you did not mention how many bedrooms or baths each unit is, so I cannot properly speak to the approximate rent, I am confident that it would not be near as high as 3500 a month.

I did this with an apartment building where i wanted to use a seller second mortgage in a new market, and I found 3 banks out of 10 that would do something that creative.

In my experience in Fl. small one or two bedroom duplexes work best.  

Each unit is 2 bedrooms 1 bath rent is $650 each.

My 5000 sqft, 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on 40 acres in Lyons, CO is almost finished, about 3-4 weeks from certificate of occupency.
