Hey @Jonathan Baird I’d be happy to connect, I’m very intrigued by your local market in Alaska and I’d like to dig deeper.

I’ve been investing in REI and CRE specifically for a few decades and I’ve found these are my two favorite asset types. 

This is not because I believe the first qualified applicant is the most qualified but I do not want any appearance of favoritism/discrimination. 

That being said, just something simple like starting with calling your favorite local investor-friendly agent and see if they will give you the gossip and get a tour of the buildings with the most potential would be a great first step!

But my favorite stories or interviews are always a guy that was a teacher, bricklayer, janitor that bought real estate and now has financial freedom.

I currently use Redfin and favoriting to gather insight into how long homes stay on market but its not easy to track the sale price to list price.
