Newbie Networking for Knowledge

Hey guys I've been on BP for about a week now and have been seriously enjoying the great feedback and advice given to me by those who I've connected with. As I mention in my profile (and an unintentional advertisement here on BP) I'm a new Wholesaler here in Anchorage, Alaska and while I might be new to everything-- I'm dedicated to finding buyer's discounted and off-market properties in Alaska. I have been working 10+ hours a day trying to network with investors, educate myself on wholesaling real estate, study what rules of thumb investors use to analyze properties, generate leads through driving for dollars and analyzing comps to put together my very first deal.

During this process I have made mistakes, gotten down on myself for my own ignorance, learned a plethora of real estate knowledge and continuously strived to become a better Wholesaler. And while practicing the tricks of the trade while timidly asking for feedback from my current network has been invaluable to me during this time, I'd like to take it a step further and begin to learn things proactively rather than reactively as I have been throughout this short journey. I'd like to connect with anyone in the area willing to impart some of their wisdom on me, either in person or virtually.

I'm looking to learn as much as I can about building good relationships with investors/agents/sellers, deal/market/comp analysis, calculating accurate ARVs, low-cost marketing solutions, finding the sellers of distressed properties through skip tracing or other means and finding flippers/rehabers/investors that recently flipped an investment in the same area to connect with these sellers. However, that being said I am open to learning anything and everything you would be kind enough to share with me!

If you would be interested in helping to educate me further or just build a relationship with a future wholesaler in Anchorage, please don't hesitate to drop me a comment, direct message or connection request as I'm always happy to connect with and learn from anyone and everyone!
