So if the property was meant to be leased on the 1st June, and wasn't re-leased until the 1st July, the original tenant is still liable for 1 month rent.You need to check local laws on this of course.But personally, I would play hard ball on this, especially if you think you won't get a new signing and will miss a month of rent.

It would make a great build site for new construction and she is wanting quite a bit under appraisal value but would just like some feedback to send her way.One of those fly by night "buy land for cash" companies contacted her and low balled her so I told her I would ask the community.
