Newbie here and I would love some feedback on what you would do in this scenario.

My wife and I have purchased the real estate to our dental office and want to see how we can maximize our refinance.

My family and I are planning to move out by the end of the year (lord willing).

I currently have a full-time career as a senior engineer in the aerospace industry, but I’ve always been interested in real estate, and I view REI as a way to supplement my future retirement.I’m interested in initially doing fix and flips to build up capital for buy and hold investments in multi-family properties, and I have about $200K in home equity that I can leverage to get started.

It burns the ground and is rebuilt with the $300,000 coverage.  

My wife and I also own two condominiums in Manila, Philippines that are near completion.

One of the main things you get from TC and I get these e mails when I am selling and the other sides TC contacts me and says  Hey we need that lead paint disclosure or we need the property disclosure  or if we are buying Hey where is your EM  all the little details .

Eventually the condo board cracked down (bylaws say 6-month lease max) and I converted to the 6-month furnished corporate rental model.What was the outcome?

I rarely have any tenant defaults these days on commercial side as credit is super strong and I am picky on deals I buy.

I did have to put my property in a LLC, but overall a very smooth transaction and I hope to work with him in the future if I can find any other properties in this super crazy market!
