Leverage or sell primary residence
I bought my primary home in 2022 for $230,000. Today it’s worth $285,000. How can I approach and leverage the new value of my property. I’ve thought of 1031 or airbnb the property. The current rents for my area are around $1950-$2050, however my mortgage on the home is $2200.
