Watch the neighborhoods go to crap as nobody paints, upkeeps landscaping, etc.It looks like it doesn't take effect until 2022, so my guess is some tenants will get some big rent increases. 

I use it for my landscaping business but I opened one up as a sole proprietor for my real estate investment business. 

GC, Landscapers, Pressure Washers, Roof Companies and all the other ones. 

Exteriors degrade, decks rot, landscape is overgrown, nobody remodels, etc.

But even with junkies passed out on the steps the buildings were beautiful, there was blocks with beautiful landscapes one block away always.

Or the best place to spend money is the kitchen and bath, or landscaping doesn't cost,  it pays..

They are 15 and 17 and do landscaping, pressure washing, construction.

I'm a Concrete/Landscape contractor for the last 19 years, I bought my first house in 1998 and we last most of our portfolio in 2008, we started buying again in 2010 when the prices were really good.

The rest of the home was putty, paint, and landscape.
