Newbie From East Bay Area

Hi Everybody, 

My name is Carlos and I'm so exited to join BP, I have a big passion for real state, my wife and I own and manage a few SFH's in the east bay.

I'm a Concrete/Landscape contractor for the last 19 years, I bought my first house in 1998 and we last most of our portfolio in 2008, we started buying again in 2010 when the prices were really good. I done 3 flips but I like buy and hold better. 

My Goal is to create enough passive cash flow to maintain my  ideal life style, 

BP podcasts are great!! and the site is better, I feel like kid in the candy store
