Most people do not realize when someone liens a property its just a lien, but to collect on it they must file a lawsuit to collect that money which will cost them 5x more than what its worth. 

Anyone have a good web developer that has room for clients!?  

I am also a veteran if that is relevant.I was told I needed to speak to a tax attorney to lower it.

I am a busy W-2 professional with a paid off house so I'm not worried about where I'm going to live. 

:Always do anything within the walls of escrow, i.e. pay people, pay title, pay escrow, pay invoices from termite, give a credit to a buyer or seller along with anything else.
