From my reading of the code,4975(e)(2)(A) says I am a disqualified person as a fiduciary of the account. 4975(e)(2)(G) Says that any entity I directly or indirectly own 50% or more of is a disqualified entity.

His property manager is a joke, never saw the house before, did not have copies of our walkthrough whenw e moved in, to him it should be as if the house was just built, he bashed me and the house constantly, it pisses me off majorly to see him get away with this behavior to to make me out as so horrid to the land lord i NEVER had issues with for 4 years.

Since then the buyer has stopped answering my calls/e-mails and I am stuck with a pretty big loss.The buyer has since resold the property and doesn't own anything else in the US, but does in his own country (Israel, which is where I'm from as well).What are my options?

Luckily I have sewer back-up insurance.My personal house that I just bought a couple weeks ago, has roof damage, a couple holes in the stucco, holes in the vinyl fence, and two of the low e windows lost their seal.
