The odor of cat urine remains.

You can buy properties for below their current value, or you can buy a cheap cat urine soaked, leaky roof, dirty, dated old house and fix it up!!

There is not an option to knock it down and build a new one, I plan on ripping everything out but I’m not sure if the cat urine went behind plywood or anywhere else other than what I can see.

I've had people try and tell me their child scratched the flooring or caused the urine stains/odor instead of their dog, trying to say it's "normal wear and tear." 

There was a slight dog odor (not urine), but cleaning the carpets fixed that.
