I normally don't sweat a few grand extra laying around in each acct, but because bank 'high yield savings' accts don't pay squat, I find myself sweeping out to my mmkt accts more often and staying much tighter/leaner👍

If you've got some extra cash at the end of the month after tending to your other investments, PS is a good place to sweep the extra to put it to work3) High volume - While this can certainly be viewed as a negative if PS is not doing their due diligence, it can also be a positive because it is easy to get into an investment and put your money to work faster4) Diversity - When combined with the low minimums, PS allows you to invest in a lot of different deals which spreads risk and lowers the chance your distributions will be greatly disrupted due to one or two properties falling behind5) Reinvest or income - You can decide whether to reinvest your distributions or take them as income.

They claim they did the usual (vacuuming, sweeping, swiffering, wiping down all of the countertops, cleaning the bathrooms head to toe, spot cleaning walls, wiping down window sills, and running drain cleaner through the sinks). 

@Justin Tomsic I’m a big proponent of a very specialized 1st position Heloc that’s tied to a zero balance sweep checking account.

The Vvaulted ceilings and open living space allow natural light to sweep throughout the beautifully remodeled and fully permitted spaces.

We had vendors coming after hours, working until 9 PM to finish work (at no premium/extra charge), got the pest control crew out to clean up the ant situation 24 hours prior to our first guest arriving, had our cleaner obsessively coming by to sweep up dead ants, just an absolute sprint and roller coaster of emotions to the finish line.But those first booked felt so good! 

Other people with different beliefs/lifestyles adapt to their needs - so whatever category you decide to be in, surround yourself with people who line up with your thoughts and stay true to what your comfort level is - even only being in this industry for a short time I can already see how people go in with one plan and the hype sweeps them way past what they intended getting them in over their heads.

Accenuate that the left side is the 'important' side of the house by having more extensive  (but low growing) foundation plantings as well as a nice sweep of bark or groundcover curving around the sidewalk and side of the house.  

Maybe not  but it certainly is not a ringing endorsement of the company LOL... if you just look at the ACTUAL REAL investors that pop on here and have had nightmare scenarios how anyone can sweep this under the rug and think its all groovy  well
