16.What do your tenants say about your property management services/have you ever done a survey to your tenants on your PM services?

Hey folks - I'm on the hunt for hiring a land surveyor that A) Has time in the next week to do the survey, if possible B) Is somewhat reputable.Doesn't have to be an "official" survey as we want to see if we have reason to believe this property has an extra couple hundred square feet.

@Xavier Jefferson, there have been multiple studies and surveys done on this topic over the last couple of years. 

We have an ALTA survey (for title)- did you all need another survey viz. topo/utility/boundary by architect?

As of now I am awaiting a geological survey to be completed and verification zoning is not an issue (which it shouldn't be). 

You're going to see a lot more headlines soon as the market starts catching up to weakness in layoffs, earnings, macro data, ISM/PMI surveys, and retail stocks.That said, if you spend your life trying to time markets, you will more than likely fail.

Do RE agents have inspections, surveys, etc done before they agree to list a house?

According to The Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®) which began in 1971, October of 1981 rates were 18.45% and November/December of 2012 rates were 3.35%. 

I need to get a plat of survey for a property I just purchased in Cook County, IL.

I usually ask the Seller to provide a survey as well.
