Hello BiggerPockets community,I've been searching the internet lately, sifting through a multitude of deal analysis tools, Excel templates, proformas, and DCFs, all aimed at deciphering the viability of multifamily properties.

Rather than wasting it or leaving it in a bank account I'm interested in starting my own investment business to supplement my real estate sales. 

Also, many clients are going to a 1-man office staff that is supplemented with a kiosk.

I actually read somewhere recently that hosts should aim for a review average between of 4.6 and 4.8 ( or something like that) because only 5 star reviews means you are leaving money on the table and giving in to guests demands too often. 

. , the other thing, what I'd say is when people when I talk to investors, I always encourage them to really define what they're looking for.There's an old expression that kind of says, if you don't know what you're aiming for, you're going to hit it 100% of the time.
