In our efforts to identify absentee owners in our areas, we have found a subscription to the land registry system is required which has a cost.

They are offering a package deal with a monthly subscription.

If you upgrade to a BiggerPockets PRO account, RentRedi is included as part of the subscription and I think they publish rentals to 3-4 sites.Sometimes it takes work.

I’ve just completed my trial with Rental Hero(RE) and switched to a yearly subscription.

But there is a very small subscription fee per unit, per month.

Someone else had the subscription to AirDNA and showed me a screen shot for a laugh.

I did buy subscription to Find Motivated Sellers Now and used it for a couple of months. 

@Heath Ryans  on the West coast we have Property Radar it does all of this for you.. and even tells you if its owner occ or not.. anyone doing any kind of serious real estate on the West coast is crazy if they don't have this subscription.. we found a off market deal in our neighborhood..

Any apartment owners have a CAANET.org subscription and can comment on whether this is worth it?
