I've had clients who actually looked at the broker comp commission on the MLS sheets and that would drive/tie-breaker their decision.So, I think it will be really interesting on how the market fragments depending on the relative size of the groups of buyers...

At least for me, I always try to do business with fellow vets and give them the tie breaker if two companies are the same...

It's my personal opinion that meeting somewhere that isn't classically considered as a vacation destination would give you a stronger case in arguing for a business deduction (with online being the most straightforward).

Out here on the west coast the few wholesalers are tying in with real estate companies or licensed like the new western model..

If I were you, I'd focus on commecial assets (5+ unit multifamily) and possibly partner or JV with someone who is stronger on paper to outweigh some of your weaknesses.If you were targeting residential properties, you can also get a co-signer who can help get you over some of the barriers you face.
