Eyes are bigger than their stomach type of thing....and that can really get you into a bind. 

I get the sense that you will need to have the stomach for a major rehab and/or a less desirable tenant pool if you want to tackle MFHs in Indy.

 If it produces tenants and $10 a week is too much for you to stomach then you ought to get out of the business now.I remember a thing called "the classifieds" in a thing called newspapers- where you would pay for a short little blurb.

If you can stomach the area for a few years, its clear that its trending up.

Hard to stomach those costs.

Yes ROC has bad areas and although no one tricked me into buying this property or marketed as a turn key property, I was able to stomach the risk that came along for the last 9 years.

It is to the point that every text I get my mind jumps to a tenant notifying me of another leak and my stomach drops until I read it... 

Don't bother unless you have a strong stomach and don't mind dealing with the odd wild situation.
