Aside from real estate, I am a marketing data analyst leveraging SQL, excel, and powerbi to provide data insights in my job on a daily basis; an avid traveler; a CrossFit junkie; a loyal sports fan; and a loving husband. 

We also get top dollar for the summer months.Surprisingly we rent out alot in the winter spring and fall.There are major fishing tournaments that bring us extra bookings and people who just come up to fish.We have a covered boat slip with a lift where my boat stays unless someone asks to use it.We make improvements every year to make the place nicer.

Many sectors of the city are up-and-coming and there are tons of colleges/universities, major medical hospitals, some professional sports, and factories around. 

I also have plans to add a pool if the buyers want it or a sports court as the backyard has plenty of room for it.

Financial advisers, real estate agents, title companies, etc. have taken me to club boxes or floor seats at sporting events, golfing at private clubs, etc.

Based on the responses we got, several people have conflicts with children's sporting events on Sundays.
