Lol In all honesty  " everyday and twice on Sunday"  but you know the saying hindsight.. and you have to remember I made about 500k tax free everytime I sold one and moved to the next so I used that money to build my business's but for sure there is one I sold and did not make as much on and would sorely like to have that one.I am all for doing whatever it takes to buy a home on the peninsula..

I have yet to make any offers as I have been "doing this" for literally a month, but I'll share what me and the family look for, besides the vacant:roofs needing replacedsiding damageoccupied rentals in disrepair no or damaged ac/evap"standout" sore thumbs in established a-b-c neighborhoods and I always talk to people, ask where the nasty renters are, where the abandoned houses in the neighborhood are, if they know anything about the property I'm looking at, etc.I've just built my list of addresses until I knew how to act on them properly.

This isn't exact (for instance OSU campus does show high crime, but most is unviolent like disorderly or vandalism) but it will give you a good idea of good and bad areas.
