We recently sold a Bilevel house, where the entry is between floors and you have to go up or down upon entry. 

This tenant is rude, vulgar, always has an attitude, complains about everything, have to constantly remind them to send me needed documents, blasting music all night to the point where cops were called on them by outside neighbors. 

Would appreciate any advice you have on places to get started, where to make connections, steps to take.
