Listening to all of the podcasts and soaking up as much information as I could.

No reason not to plant that seed.     

Anything past a seed round on a venture company is likely out with this constraint and many areas of the country have many of their real estate projects excluded too.  

I have been on Bigger Pockets since about 2006-7, hear to soak up more knowledge and trade it.

I feel your pain, some helpful hints are rinsing with cold water first to close the pores before more fiberglass gets into your skin, then soaking effected area in warm water and epson salt.

Gaining my knowledge through many books, there's so much info out there, just trying to soak it all in.
