I am a real estate investor in the Lemoore Ca area, central valley. My wife is my partner and have been flipping property since 2002, we currently have our next project in escrow and can't wait to dig in, this is about our 14th project and we always learn something new. I have been on Bigger Pockets since about 2006-7, hear to soak up more knowledge and trade it. Great resources!
