@Bryan Potts,I can relate to you even though I started singing and reading in church in the 6th grade (50 years ago) and I've spoken to hundreds at a time in business presentations and technical symposia.

What are we sing in NEPA as far as the markets (rental,multi, ect) as far as covid?
