For those who have or had section 8 investments (especially in my market) how would you describe your experience?

@Marcus Retter welcome to BP.It's a great community.I've been investing in Albuquerque for 10 years, and you can find some good deals there.Personally, I live in Santa Fe.There are several active Meetups that you can join to get around to other investors.Networking is really important.Get out there and make connections with other investors; that is how I got started. 

So, being an agent is detrimental to investing.   

Meanwhile, you'll have that cash out that you could buy an investment property as well.If you need any help calculating or mapping out what you could be eligible for, feel free to reach out.

A relative who does long-distance real estate investing told me that I have to sign the final loan document and the transfer of ownership document in person.
