Do not know what segment your hotels are in ( ie. budget, luxury boutique etc) and if you want the brand to represent that in the name or if you operate under national flag or franchise.I like the following because you can create great logos to go along with the name.1.

I think the major issue we see in this wholesaling segment is that between guru's and BP we launch the least experienced less capable folks into the business thinking this is the way they need to go to get to the brass ring IE quit my day job and live the life of a RE investor ( remember us full time RE investors everyone wants to be us living the life of rily collecting checks spending time with the kiddos' etc)We see it all the time on BP   " Hey I want to start wholesaling then I want to acquire buy and hold then I want to quit my day job"  thats pretty much the mind set.And as you probably know you unleash uneducated folks into this industry and all sorts of mayhem can ensue..

American Greed had a segment on last night about Remington financial.bottom line these guys were in business for over a decade made 27 million 10k at a time by charging 10k due diligence fee's  they had all sorts of fake tombstones dropped in papers and publications touting all the funding's and deals they didOne lady went on a mission Hooked up with another person Go a Retired FBI agent involved and after 3 long years of doing exhaustive back ground work calling all these folks who the company said they had placed loans for...
