I know there’s a lot of self-righteous people that act as if they always keep their word, but the deal is buyers don’t always keep their word and as my wife put it I don’t need to be giving her houses away.

The equipment tends to wear down fast from new to old so you have to constantly put new capital into the business.You need proper ceiling height which is generally 10 ft or higher if using weapons especially doing  forms with a bow or 3 section staff.
