While 5-7k is a fair for that expertise at times, I offer tax packages that many investors with 1-5 properties love and can afford.

Those with real subject matter expertise get the year 1 return that no longer exists in more mature national park markets. 

This is why I think the best reward for a referral is the promise that you will take care of the client and send them right back to the realtor for all future deals.
