They post very prevalently on the forums and in the market place but from what we’ve experienced, they get a big thumbs down from us as well as many others on the forums.

On prevalent housing type, you'll want to drive around to get a feel as well as view listings online.

I guess you could look to "flip" the MHP, but this model isn't so prevalent (and IMO) would be challenging to make it an ongoing business model.

@Nick RupcichReplacing the fuse box with a breaker panel is quite straight forward ... obviously have it done by a licensed electrician.I doubt very much that your 1960 built house has aluminium wiring - it was most prevalent in residential builds between 1965 and 1975.
