Hi guys/gals, I made it a requirement to postpone my first post unless I was able to close on my deal.

I'm new to the foreclosure process, but I'm looking at a preliminary title report where the owner still has title and a trustee sale has been postponed for two months.  

I will, unfortunately, have to postpone.  

It's hard to know exactly what to expect before managing any properties, but It's something I really want to do and didn't want to postpone it until after school.

In my post, I was indicating that you can postpone the monetary giving until you are financially stable enough to do so without undermining your business, while at the very same time, give of your time and talents to help those in need.

Due to seller's attorney out of town, we agreed to postpone 2 weeks.

I will eventually sand and refinish the floors, but now I can postpone that for a while.

I refused thinking the foreclosure may get postponed.

My advice is to postpone approval and try to get some more applications.

They are just listing to try to postpone foreclosure as long as possible.
