Hello BP.After looking for MFH for a few months, I finally took the plunge and signed a contract. 6 unit apartment building owned by a husband and wife who are looking to get out of the landlord game and retire. 

Greetings BiggerPockets Family, After listening to almost ten podcasts, I've finally decided to take the plunge and join the community.  

I have done everything I can to prepare myself to take the plunge into the world of real estate investing and the time is almost here.

Ive often been drawn to business start ups and especially real estate but haven't taken the plunge.

So its just not worth it..Of course like much of the wholesaling that goes on Nationwide what one state says is OK the other says is not and those that learn the general methods taught by Gurus or here on BP may or may not care about the laws as they read it here or from a Guru and just plunge ahead...

Hi, I'm taking the plunge into real estate as an agent and investor.

I am located in coastal NC.I have been studying real estate for a few years, and was finally about to take the plunge on SFH's when I got relocated to the West Coast due to work.  

I will appreciate any help I can get from someone who has taken the plunge.
