This scam is much less obvious and rather brilliant in its simplicity, and if the bad guys grab your cash, not only will you never see your money again, but you will find that there are no law enforcement agencies willing or even able to help you get it back.The scam works like this: After posting your property on the internet, you will receive an e:mail from a prominent-sounding physician or other corporate professional from overseas.

But even when you exclude professions like a physician or attorney, college grads generally make quite a bit more than non-college grads.But with that, I do agree that there are a lot of worthless degrees.

I am a resident physician and my wife is a medical student.

I've seen people posting ads in the hospital physician/resident lounge and intranet forum.

This will be my first assignment as a staff physician out of residency, and while the workload seems very manageable/light from what I've heard, I am not sure if I would have the ability to do a live in flip.

For example, last winter, I rented for 4 months to 3 physician assistant students here for rotations.  

I also have high K1 pass through income from my physician practice which exceeds the 315K such that the 20% pass through deduction does not apply.So in order to reduce my tax burden, I need to reduce my pass through income.  

(Yes, the tenant provided the necessary paperwork from their physician.) 

There is a three part test where the applicant/tenant needs to be able to show us: Provide documentation of a disability (normally letter from physician).
