Let's also be careful not to stereotype homeless people as drug addicts, alcoholics, etc, even though some may be in that situation.  

I do not know of any smells that linger in perpetuity.

@Shaun Weekes Not doubting you are a good guy or capable at what you do...in context, as a rule of thumb, I would never consider advising an individual learning the business to use a legal form you can purchase at a retail store...it opens liability and perpetuates apathy.In all fairness, I am not requesting that all your posts on BP are incredible...just this one.So, I stand by my position that it is never a good idea to use a pre-printed form you can by for $4.99 at an office supply store....until I am convinced otherwise.Cheers@Ashley Cast

If the foundation is not stable, you will see perpetual problems. 

They were so convinced that the stereotypical way to wealth was the correct approach, even though it wasn't working for them. 

I'm curious to the idea of it though and I wouldn't be opposed to finding a place down there to work on, but the numbers would definitely have to work BEYOND WELL.For the sake of being stereotypical, lets assume that the Felony Flats name exists for a reason.  

There are definitely "used car salesmen" stereotypes out there trying to wholesale and don't do the group any favors.Ohio is definitely finicky when it comes to wholesaling and that intro would have to be transitioned quite a bit.
