I have a realtor friend, and she would join me in a heart beat if she knew it was as easy as the other states, I have come to the conclusion I will just need an attorney to help me form a contract that i can use that will keep me safe in dealing with sellers.

I find myself just asking for the key code so i can view properties on my own time and leave them out of doing nothing more than opening a door for me.I have met very few realtors that are really good and there value comes form a vast knoweldge of a market or area as well as really good contacts or access to potential deals before they hit the market. these people are very hard to find.

If you use a 5-10% figure for working up a pro-forma, in most cases that should be reasonable, but there are never any guarantees.Here, our hotel units are at record low occupancy of 69%, while commercial space is less than 4% vacant.

I am in Westchester County NY and I would really like to form a relationship with a broker (direct lender or broker) I am currently looking for a 2-4 family to buy ( hold onto) and I would like to begin rehabbing properties as well.
