It is an easier flip market, but flipping is a job (you do the work and make the profit at selling without ongoing profit source).We are getting the itch to purchase (this is our longest duration without a purchase since 2010) so will likely purchase something different than anything we have purchased previously and with lower expectation of return than we typically expect and achieve.
